Drinks & Experiences

Kris von Stedingk

Driven by flavour, storytelling and shared experiences, Kris has spent the past decade building events around cocktails, spirits and hospitality.

After starting a private catering company in Sweden in 2015, he moved into wine, beer and spirits through hosted tastings and educational events. In 2017, he founded Rum Symposium Amsterdam, working across event planning, spirits education and brand development, while hosting seminars and joining international judging panels across Europe.

In 2021, Kris opened a spirits import and distribution company in Amsterdam, collaborating with bars and restaurants on cocktail concepts, menus and events. Now based in Dordogne, and following the launch of his own rum brand in 2025, Aquitaine Bespoke brings those passions together in one project built around flavour, atmosphere and bringing people together.

Events, Music & Hospitality

Oliver B Walker

Oliver has spent more than a decade working across restaurants, events, retreats and music culture, creating experiences that blend exceptional hospitality with atmosphere and energy.

Having worked internationally as a DJ — including several years performing at premium venues and events in Ibiza — Oliver has also curated and hosted a wide range of high-end dining experiences, supper clubs and music-led gatherings across the UK and Ibiza, combining food, drinks and live performance in distinctive and atmospheric settings.

Since moving to Southwest France, he has opened and operated a restaurant while continuing to DJ at venues and events across the region. Now based in Eymet, Oliver combines his background in dining, music and event production to help shape immersive experiences that feel relaxed, elevated and genuinely memorable.
