Bartending & Mixology

Bartending, mobile bar setup, batching, slushy machines and cocktail program development.

Alcoholic ingredients are purchased or invoiced separately. These estimates cover service, setup, development and preparation only.
€180 each for evening/cocktail party; €250 each for full-day/full bar services.
€3 per drink, e.g. 100 clarified milk punches = €300.

Music & Entertainment

DJ, sound, lighting, technical support and full production options.

Cocktail Workshops & Spirit Tastings

Private interactive workshops, curated spirit tastings and educational experiences.

Rare & ultra-premium spirit tastings quoted separately.

Catering

Canapés, full meal service, buffet dinners, service staff and fire-pit BBQ.

Final price quoted after menu, location and setup review.
from €180 each, 2–3 hours.

Booking & Additional Terms

  • A 25% deposit secures the date.
  • Public holidays may include a 15% surcharge.
  • Travel within 50 km of Bergerac is included; additional travel is charged at €0.60/km or by agreed flat fee.
  • Overtime, specialist rentals, venue-specific production, glassware, alcohol and ingredients may be quoted separately.
  • Minimum booking values may apply depending on season, location and event requirements.
  • Bespoke proposals are available for destination weddings and multi-day events.
  • Final quote provided after review with the client, site or venue when required.
